For someone who loves travelling as much as I do, what could be a better job than helping other people explore the world?! I have spent almost the last 10 years working in the adventure travel industry and have taken full advantage of it by travelling through much of my working life! My love for travel all started with a working holiday visa in Ireland when I decided I needed a break before University and the rest is basically history!!
From the hussle and bussle of Bangkok, to kayaking through the inhabited islands of Belize, watching the sunrise at Angkor Wat, cycling my way from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh, counting the Big 5 in Southern Africa, sipping G&T's whilst watching sunset in the Okavango Delta, hiking through the Andes in Peru, enjoying the local wines in Argentina and lavishing in the diverse cultures of Brazil, I have been lucky enough to explore almost ( and I do say almost ) every continent!
Many people often ask me what my favourite place is and I can honestly that I don't have one! I have loved every minute of my travels for different reasons, different times in my life. Three of my working years were spent in the land of the long white cloud, beautiful New Zealand so I do hold a dear place in my heart for this country!
I hope my next trip with Intrepid is going to be the epic journey from Cairoto Istanbul!

Some say they were bitten by the travel bug, I think I was born into it. As a young child I spent my summers travelling with my family and I was given ample opportunity to do so since my mother was a flight attendant then travel agent. I really knew that this was my passion when I lived for 6 months in England and had the opportunity to travel throughout Europe.
Since then I have been lucky enough to visit Africa, Asia, Central America and the South Pacific Islands. I am excited to be a part of the Intrepid team and helping others have the same wonderful experiences I have been so fortunate to have while travelling.

I consider myself a citizen of the world rather than the Irish born Canadian resident that I am. I have always had a passion for travel and the magic door it seems to open to new people and places.
I have been lucky enough to experience over 30 countries on all 7 continents. Some highlights were diving with Hammerhead sharks in the Galapagos, climbing volcanoes in Indonesia, discovering Angkor Wat in Cambodia, seeing the vastness of Antarctica and eating steaks in Argentina (they are delicious!). There is always more to see though. My last trip was to Havana, Cuba and I hope to visit Kenya later this year.
Having worked in finance originally I have managed to bring my personality and professional life in line and I love being an adventure travel specialist. I'm here to help you realise your travel dreams. Just pick up that phone!

I got bit with the travel bug when I was 19 and did the big European backpacking adventure. Since then my travels have brought me to Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and Australia. I was even fortunate enough to do a working holiday and study in Australia.
For me one of the biggest things I love about travel is experiencing the food and drink that a country has to offer. So far I have been to 8 vineyards, 5 breweries, and even a rum factory. One of my dream trips would be to do the Garden route which takes you through the famous wine region of Southern Africa.
